375 Pearl carried a Bell/New York Telephone logo for decades before Verizon replaced it in 2002.
One of the most specific and quirky lines on the family list — apparently not the building itself, but the giant corporate symbol mounted on it.

Likely: most likely interior CMU/block shafts, service cores, fire-rated partitions and masonry backup; exterior brickwork is likely only if the project-specific facade was brick rather than stone, precast, metal or glass.
