“Stuyvesant High School — 1990”
The new campus rose on a 1.5-acre site in then-still-developing Battery Park City. The school community insisted on a pedestrian bridge over West Street before agreeing to the move.

Likely: most likely CMU/concrete-block classroom, corridor, service and fire-rated walls, with exterior brick/block wall systems where the school/library used masonry cladding.
This scope is recorded as probable, not documented. It is a disciplined reading of the building and the trade practice of the period, not a contract-level record of Kelly’s work.
Robert Massina, principal/president of Kelly Masonry, lists Stuyvesant High School among Kelly projects in his professional profile. This materially corroborates Rita's entry but remains retrospective rather than a period contract.
