1301 Sixth Avenue was completed in 1964, so the 1972 Kelly job was a later alteration or fit-out.

Why it matters

The tower at 1301 Avenue of the Americas was already eight years old when Joseph recorded it in 1972. That mismatch is useful evidence: his list tracks jobs, not ribbon cuttings, and this was almost certainly later tenant or alteration work inside a completed Midtown office building.
