Presbyterian Hospital modernization
Kelly Masonry had a documented masonry contract on Presbyterian Hospital new construction and renovation during the hospital’s major 1980s modernization.

The Herbert Irving Pavilion and Milstein Hospital Building, photographed in 2014. Kelly's masonry contract for the Presbyterian modernization is documented; the Milstein building remains the leading identification pending confirmation of the original subcontract.

“Presbyterian Hospital — 1985”
Court records document Kelly Masonry’s contract for masonry on Presbyterian Hospital construction and renovation; the surviving record does not identify every building covered by that contract.
One of the strongest direct links between Kelly Masonry and a major late-career institutional construction program.
What Kelly did here

Kelly was contractually responsible for the masonry work in Presbyterian Hospital's modernization program under Walsh Construction. Most likely work included the new hospital's brick masonry envelope/backup plus CMU partitions, shafts and service walls; the exact division between Milstein, Allen and renovation areas still needs the subcontract.
1990 appellate decision: Walsh Construction entered into a contract with Kelly to perform the masonry work.
