NYC Planning approved the Maimonides enlargement on July 20, 1981—the same year recorded on the family list.
This hospital entry is unusually specific. In July 1981—the same year written on the family list—the city approved both a Community Mental Health Center and an enlargement of the Goldberg Pavilion at Maimonides. The precise masonry package still needs a contract record, but the date and named construction program align closely.
