“General Theological Seminary — 1979”
The exact project or site has not yet been identified.
Behind the walls of a full Chelsea block, General Theological Seminary arranged its neo-Gothic buildings around a private garden called the Close. The secluded campus became a convincing television double for the fictional Hudson University; Joseph's 1979 entry likely records masonry restoration somewhere within it.
