Calvary's present 200-bed Eastchester Road hospital dates to 1977–78; Joseph's list places Kelly on the project in 1976.
Joseph helped build the purpose-designed Eastchester Road facility that remains home to Calvary’s distinctive palliative-care mission.

Likely: most likely CMU/concrete-block partitions, shafts, stair/elevator enclosures and other fire-rated/service walls; exterior brick or masonry backup is also plausible where the hospital addition used a masonry facade.
