“Indian Point — 1967”
Unit 2 was under construction in 1967 and Con Edison applied to build Unit 3 that April.
Indian Point Unit 2 received its federal construction permit in October 1966 and was visibly under construction by 1967, the year Rita recorded. The reactor later supplied power from 1974 until its 2020 shutdown. The entry captures New York at the high-water mark of nuclear optimism. Kelly's exact trade package still needs proof, but the date places the family record inside one of the region's largest and most debated infrastructure projects.

Likely: most likely CMU/block service and support-building walls, fire-rated partitions, equipment-area masonry and other conventional plant masonry. Do not attribute containment or specialty nuclear structural concrete to Kelly without contract proof.
