Capital Cities/ABC — 147 Columbus Avenue
Joseph's final ABC entry appears to catch the network in motion: a December 1990 architecture article announced the ten-story 147 Columbus Avenue building just as construction was about to begin.

“American Broadcasting Company — 1990”
NYCEDC records the ABC project at 147 Columbus Avenue starting March 8, 1991; period architecture press was already describing it as 'to be built' in December 1990.
One of the final projects on the family list, tied to Capital Cities/ABC’s large Upper West Side campus expansion.
What Kelly did here

Strong
Likely exterior brick masonry/infill/veneer plus CMU backup, shafts and service walls in KPF's ten-story brick-and-glass ABC building.
This scope is recorded as strong, not documented. It is a disciplined reading of the building and the trade practice of the period, not a contract-level record of Kelly’s work.

What happened to it
Demolished in 2026 / former ABC-Disney campus redevelopment site
The former ABC campus is being redeveloped by Extell. In April 2026, plans were filed for an 86-story residential tower of nearly 1,200 feet with 430 apartments at 80 West 67th Street on the former campus.
