Caledonian's new wing was complete by 1987. The hospital closed in 2003; the former campus was later converted into the residential project 123 On The Park.
A strong late-career lifecycle: Joseph built a major hospital expansion in the 1980s, the institution closed in 2003, and the campus was transformed into housing rather than erased entirely.

Likely: most likely CMU/concrete-block partitions, shafts, stair/elevator enclosures and other fire-rated/service walls; exterior brick or masonry backup is also plausible where the hospital addition used a masonry facade.
