“Residential Development - 150 E. 85 Street — 1985”
A contractor archive and a New York construction case independently place the residential/commercial development at 150 East 85th Street in 1985–86.
One of the archive's cleanest forensic identifications: the physical list, another subcontractor's drawings and a construction lawsuit all converge on the same address, year and development.
What Kelly did here
Family source
Strong
Very likely the beige-brick exterior façade/veneer and associated backup masonry, plus CMU shafts and service walls.
This scope is recorded as strong, not documented. It is a disciplined reading of the building and the trade practice of the period, not a contract-level record of Kelly’s work.
The construction team
The construction team for this job has not yet been established.
