Architectural Record's 1981 project feature establishes the new 101 Barclay Operations Center team and envelope; Rita's 1982 date falls inside the active construction period.
A major late-modern bank operations center whose all-glass exterior sharply narrows Kelly's most plausible work to concealed CMU, core and service masonry.
