“Citicorp Executive Learning Center — 1981”
The 1981 drawings name The Hillier Group as architect/interior designer. Citicorp later described Arrowwood as a roughly 300,000-square-foot center with about 300 bedrooms, opened in 1983.
Few rows show the full cycle so clearly: bespoke corporate campus → commercial resort → failure/closure → demolition → proposed senior housing.
What Kelly did here
Family source
Probable
Likely: most likely interior CMU/block shafts, service cores, fire-rated partitions and masonry backup; exterior brickwork is likely only if the project-specific facade was brick rather than stone, precast, metal or glass.
This scope is recorded as probable, not documented. It is a disciplined reading of the building and the trade practice of the period, not a contract-level record of Kelly’s work.

What happened to it
Demolished; major senior-living redevelopment proposed
As of July–August 2026, Erickson Senior Living has proposed redeveloping the former Doral Arrowwood property at 975 Anderson Hill Road with 750 independent-living units plus 84 assisted-living/memory-care units (834 total). Rye Brook issued a SEQRA Positive Declaration requiring a full environmental-impact review. The former hotel has been demolished.
