The major library renovation ran from 1977 to 1982, ending with the Milbank Memorial Library dedication.
A well-documented Teachers College renovation from the right period, preserved with enough archival material to support a strong project page while the exact Kelly trade package remains open.

Likely selective renovation masonry in Russell Hall/Milbank Library—CMU/block partitions and fire-rated walls, opening infill, patching/rebuilding, and possibly exterior masonry work. John Young's portfolio separately lists 'Exterior Masonry Teachers College,' but direct linkage of that item to Rita's 1980 job has not yet been proven.
This scope is recorded as strong, not documented. It is a disciplined reading of the building and the trade practice of the period, not a contract-level record of Kelly’s work.
