“Pepsi Cola World Headquarters — 1969”
The Purchase campus was built from 1967–70 and PepsiCo moved there in 1970.
The project places Joseph at PepsiCo’s defining suburban corporate campus in Purchase during its original construction era.
What Kelly did here
Family source
Strong
Most likely CMU/block interior, service-core and backup masonry rather than the signature exterior, which was made of patterned precast concrete panels.
This scope is recorded as strong, not documented. It is a disciplined reading of the building and the trade practice of the period, not a contract-level record of Kelly’s work.
