The exact project or site has not yet been identified.
The East Harlem Health Center was Manhattan's first city-owned and city-built health facility, a Public Works Administration project that turned brick, limestone and granite into a streamlined Art Deco 'temple' of public health. Its rooftop and western additions likely date to the 1950s, making them a plausible setting for Joseph's 1957 work.
